About Me
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Artificial Intelligence at the School of Computer Science and Technology, Ocean University of China. I am a member of the Interdisciplinary AI Lab, advised by Professor Ruichun Tang.
My research asks how learned transport between complex molecular distributions can make molecular sampling, free-energy estimation, and molecular design more efficient. To this end, I develop generative transport methods that learn mappings between molecular ensembles, with the goal of improving sampling efficiency and enabling accurate free-energy estimation. I also investigate how generative transport methods can support molecular design by coupling molecular generation with thermodynamic evaluation.
Since 2024, I have been pursuing a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence at Ocean University of China.
